Return Policy

At Valiant Power, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a straightforward return process.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging

  • Must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


How to Start a Return

Include your:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Valiant Power will cover return shipping


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive:

  • A defective item

  • A damaged item

  • The wrong product

Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different item, please:

  1. Return the original product

  2. Place a new order


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Used or installed electrical equipment

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.


EU Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with EU regulations.

Items must still meet the standard return conditions outlined above.
